Shock, Despair: Quo Vadis

Like Syria, when my internet connection disappeared over the weekend, I felt lost. I did not know what is happening and all I saw before the world went dark for me, was this.

So, I knew. And I mourned and I kicked against the situation, and then I started thinking it through with no informational overload. Only myself, and the universe. This is what I was thinking:

Betrayal, betrayal. Again we took a knife to a gunfight and the gunslingers won. We fought the law and the law won.

Russia, is the biggest loss for BRICS. Prophetically we called it the first BRICS war. You not only called it wrong beloved Russia, but you’ve just lost your warm water port in the Mediterranean and possibly your air bases as well. This is a spectacular loss diplomatically, politically and for BRICS.

Israel, the greater israel has won. Erdogan has won making a state of Muslim headchoppers. If all is as we see, Syria stepped forward into its slavery. There was a wonderful speech that Assad made at the last gathering of Arab States. As usual everyone present ‘condemned’, and ‘condemned’ and piled on the condemnation. Assad said enough of the condemnation, how will the Ummah practically deal with the threat? In hindsight, what he asked for, was for help. He did not get it. He saw it coming and possibly not only asked Russia for help at the time of his his quick trip to see Putin, but also asked for asylum, where he is now, by all accounts.

I can imagine the social media which I have not seen over the past two and a half days. There will be accusations and condemnations as big and as deep as all the oceans. Talking heads will analyze and dig and make pronouncements all day long. If I had an internet connection, I would imagine I would be glued to this information flow. I can imagine the murder and mayhem and further destruction of women and children and humanity in Syria currently. I have not seen it, but I have seen Gaza.

Hezbollah is in dire danger. Hamas is toast. Gaza and the Palestinians will be exterminated as one exterminates a plague of rodents. We are into the seven plagues of old testamentic lore.

China, you said you will step up, but we saw nothing. We did not see your steps. Let the sun shine over everyone yes?

And with these thoughts, I remember Wesley Clark – clearly telling us what the gunfight in this region will be about. Five countries in five years – presented as a beautiful banquet. There is only Iran left.

Our resistance has just lost five years. BRICS has lost its momentum. SCO has a hope. We’ve all been expecting hell in the Latin Americas starting in the next year and the signs are indeed visible. Imagine the wave of Winning that swept over the evil ones. Winning and Grinning, like Skulls on the day of the dead.

So what is there? The Sahel States? Out of Africa …. “I once had a farm in Africa,” is the opening line of the actress Meryl Streep. That is what we have today, a farm in Africa, a zionist state and a headchopper state stirring the pot of the three witches: Double double, toil and trouble.

Can we recover? It is not a case of recovery – it is a case of reforming the resistance. If nobody knows that we’ve lost a major and decisive battle, we need to tell them and not talk ‘cope’. Yes Russia, we’ve lost a major and decisive battle. Yes, China, we’ve lost a major and decisive battle, Yes Iran, we’ve lost a major and decisive battle.

We, the footsoldiers, the writers, the commentators, the supporters have lost something precious, and that is that our faith in you took a knock. Unless you are very sure of what you are doing, let’s strategically withdraw and reform.

PRESIDENT KENNEDY WARNED IN HIS INAUGURAL ADDRESS… “Those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside”― John F. Kennedy 62 years on and we have two extremely foolish people attempting to do just that – Israel’s Netanyahu, and Turkey’s Erdogan (AKA The sultan of… Read more »

I posted the Zakaharova briefing today. It is not that Russians must leave the US, but that they are being invited and so on on trips, outside of the US, but within US extradition territory. They then get hunted and extradited to the US on made-up charges. It is exceedingly… Read more »

Thanks for clarifying that for me, Amarynth… I too had better be on guard, even in the Five Eye Antipodes, and keeping a keen eye out for tall grim-looking men, resplendent in dark wrap around sunnies, Fedoras, and black trench coats with turned up collars – also for the arrival… Read more »

Sorry Amarynth, but have to disagree with your claim that Russia didn’t stand up for Syria. They actually did. Many commentators including Marat Khairullin say that Russia offered investments and help to rebuild the Syrian military, but Damascus turned them down. Perhaps Assad tried to win the trust of Arab… Read more »

Good to disagree with me! You’re so welcome. I’ll write about this. I have a few more analysts to hear out. My view is that we’ve lost a war – and in such circumstances we have to be very clear what Assad actually said. His last (one of the very… Read more »

Assad was in search for big investment, thus he hoped for GCC states to bail out his crippled economy. Iran could not help. Russia could not help. China was very tentative. He even sounded out the Americans. But his hope was the Arab League and the GCC in particular. But… Read more »

“He turned down Russian help with his army” How do we know that Larch? I have no source for that. A lot of things are being said about Assad. But very little on what Assad actually said. We can guess only. What I remember from those days, is that Russia… Read more »

Plenty of Russian info on that and backed up by Syrians. When this went down, I read many articles. I have about 12 saved. Trust me? For some reason he didn’t allow Russian businesses in, and he spurned getting his military upgraded. 2017-2018 were pivotal. But his economy undermined him… Read more »
