I wish they would figure out whether they are fighting Russia or not.  Baerbock said they are at war against Russia, then she changed her mind and said she made a mistake and now Borell states that the EU is the army of Ukraine.  OK then .. we understand.  You do not know what war is.  We get it – you don’t know if you are in a war or not.  Let me try and state it for you.  If you are the army, and you fight Russia, you are at war.  You are not in war today, but you’re cruisin’ for a bruisin’ and you are pretty damn close!  (Could someone close the idiot factory please – no more idiot manufacturing!)

Borrell explained why the EU is the army of Ukraine

During a speech at a security conference in Munich , the head of the EU Foreign policy Service , Josep Borrell, frankly stated (https://tass.ru/mezhdunarodnaya-panorama/17087489) that the European Union is the army of Ukraine.

He explained his thesis by saying that the conflict between Moscow and Kiev is an existential threat to European security. At the same time, he urged to applaud Zelensky less but to supply him with shells more.

“We are the army of Ukraine, because this war is a challenge to our security, an existential challenge. Ukraine gets enough weapons, but not enough ammunition. This is the problem, it is important that Zelensky is applauded less, but ammunition is supplied,” Borrell said.

Dmitry Peskov says something but it is actually nothing.  He says that Putin, in his upcoming State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly, will pay attention to topics related to the special military operation.  In another comment, he says that the Kremlin does not consider the west being open to peace initiatives.

What a nice piece of sleuthing for all of us watching Brazil and Lula.  We know that a great amount of the pro-Bolsonaro rhetoric is because he supposedly was against the vax.  Check it out!

Bolsonaro lied to his followers and the Brazilian people in general, politicizing the issue of vaccines, knowing that a large part of his base was against vaccination and pretending to be unvaccinated. It was a massive deception.

Jair Bolsonaro was vaccinated against Covid-19. Minister Vinícius de Carvalho of Brazil’s CGU (Ministry of Transparency, Supervision and Control) told @CNNBrasil of the existence of his immunization record. Bolsonaro received a dose of the Janssen vaccine on July 19, 2021.

Today is nine years since the beginning of the bloody battles on the Maidan. It was on February 18, 2014 that unknown snipers opened fire on people. In just a few days, more than a hundred people died, dozens were injured. The bloodshed turned into a coup d’etat.  Today it is still a SMO and Ukraine is almost pounded into dust.  There was a major missile strike again last evening, but we will wait for the RuMoD to tell us how big.

Stoltenberg is begging for bigger and better war:  “The risk of an escalation of the conflict in Ukraine for NATO is incomparable with the danger of a Russian victory.”

While we are waiting for Mr.Putin’s speeches slated for the 21st and the next day, we know that these will contain the Chinese view as well.  Wang Yi has completed his visit to France and is currently at the Munich Security Conference, which, instead of a peace organization, will happily continue a blood-thirsty campaign to wipe out Ukraine and hopefully Russia.  They will proudly host Zelenski and we will probably see the begging for money and weapons continue.   All this while Ukrainian women and specifically younger women are now being conscripted and sent to the meat grinder!  Brutal mobilization continues in all parts of Ukraine

On February 21 the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will hold his State of the Nation Address in the Federal Assembly:

Before the speech Putin will have a talk with leaders of the opposition parties. Another meeting with the president of Belarus, Lukashenko, is also planned. Russian analysts expect that some serious announcements will be made.

The speech will come exactly one year after the speech that announced the recognition of the Luhansk and Donetsk republics as independent states.

Victoria, Cookies Nuland is out on the stumps trying to win her war.  The EU is getting ready for the 10th package of sanctions on Russia and Cookies announced that the G7 and the US are preparing more sanctions.

She is still talking her truth at the Washington Carnegie Endowment:  The US administration is counting on the fact that the conflict in Ukraine will end in a strategic defeat for Russia, since, according to Washington, this will help maintain the world order that is beneficial for the American side.

Zakahrova sharply responds to one of the Cookies’ statements:  Victoria Nuland’s statement about “Ukraine’s support for strikes against Russian military infrastructure in Crimea” points to US involvement in the conflict.

“They supply weapons in huge quantities, provide intelligence, simply participate directly in the planning of military operations, train the Ukrainian military and representatives of various illegal armed groups and have been doing this for a long time, in 2022 and before that.”  According to Zakharova, now Washington has gone even further, inciting the Kiev regime to further escalate.

And this is the absolute best .. US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland has promised Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a Nobel Peace Prize if he convinces Russian President Vladimir Putin to withdraw troops from Ukraine. “If Bibi Netanyahu can get Putin out of Ukraine, I will give him a Nobel Prize,” she said, speaking at the Carnegie think tank in Washington.

Zakharova again joins the war of words and I adjust the machine translation a little bit:  Victoria, better to work on the settlement of the Middle East conflict and the full-blooded existence of the state of Palestine. Aviation Week: US could have mistaken a $12 balloon for a UFO – The Northern Illinois Hot Air Balloon Circle reported missing a homemade K9YO craft with a miniature solar array after flying over Alaska on the night of Feb. 10.  😄 The $12 balloon ended up in the same area where the F-16 fighter, whose rocket costs about $400,000, shot down “a dangerous unidentified object.”

Prove me wrong.

Remember Elon Musk and his group saying that their deployed Starlink System on SpaceX cannot be used in Ukraine for drone targeting and they switched off certain satellite channels.  SmoothieX12 reported on this, but his report focused on Russian countermeasures to satellite-operated military intelligence systems.  He did point out though that Musk is a businessman and at the time he thought that the Starlink/Space X system is less functional than the Russian system, and that is why they are reducing use.

Here I believe is the real story.  SpaceX is going to be included in a fleet of national and commercial satellites for NATO.  Yes, Elon is a businessman and he is not our friend.  This pays better.

NATO Reveals New Space Fleet

NATO has announced a new space project that aims to create a fleet of spy satellites. The initiative entails the creation of a “constellation,” named ‘Aquila’, of national and commercial satellites aimed to “provide essential support to NATO’s military missions and operations.”

The project, which is called ‘Alliance Persistent Surveillance from Space’ (APSS), was unveiled on Wednesday, with a total of 16 current member states expected to chip in. Sweden and Finland, despite not being formally admitted into the military bloc, are already participating in joint projects.

Recently, NATO has raised the alarm over the activities of Russia and China in space, arguing that it is becoming “more crowded and competitive.” The military bloc claimed Moscow’s and Beijing’s counter-space technologies “could restrict Allies’ access to, and freedom to operate in space.”

Russia and Bolivia are now doing business in their own national currencies. This week, Russian and Bolivian companies began to carry out international commercial transactions using the ruble and the Bolivian instead of the U.S. dollar.  “Financial operations can now be carried out using national currencies, which means a blow to the hegemony of the dollar,” said Mikhail Ledenyov, the Russian ambassador to Bolivia.”
