FM Lavrov addressed the State Duma in a major speech.  He talks about many things, but one stood out for me, and this is a new Foreign Policy Concept which he says will be ending the west’s monopoly.  I want to wait for the formal transcript before commenting on this address as it is always better to see these in perspective and as a whole.   Tass has some details. https://tass.com/politics/1576761

In addition, we’ve had rumors about a new military doctrine.  Mr Putin will address the State Duma in a major address on the 21st and thereafter he will hold his usual annual 4-hour or so marathon speech and Q&A with the Russian population.

It is clear that the bell that I hear is not my imagination (it is really but in a manner of speaking) and next week will be major in terms of geopolitical actions and affairs.   Now we wait for Mr Lavrov’s formal transcript of his address which I will post immediately.

All the world’s poles or bases of power are shifting and with all the destabilization in so many countries, my intuitive sense is that some power somewhere hammered a great big bell and the reverberations are ringing everywhere.  There is almost nowhere where peace and love reign (except where we live – all is quiet – and no doubt, we can find many hamlets and inlets that are at peace).  Overall, chaos reigns.   It is the time when the collective west has confused itself to such an extent, that it can only produce incoherent babble.  The time of creating chaos!

There is only one stable point.  Every early morning, the RuMod announces:  “The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation”.  That must be the bell that I envision.

Ukraine has no more weapons or bullets left.  Nato and the UN are lying like little doglets (a combination of piglets and puppies that are not housetrained and piddling all over the house).  Read Larry Johnston, who says Public Display of the Gross Incompetence of U.S. and NATO Military Leaders

And note:  NATO will be at war on TWO FRONTS. A “high-intensity so-called Article 5 conflict”. And “an out-of-area, non-Article 5 event.”   Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah, Zip-a-Dee-hey!   Great Humiliating Butt-Kickings-Incoming.  We can call it even now The Great Humiliation.

The Russian Foreign office is not accrediting journos from unfriendly countries for briefings any longer (Maria must have lost it lol).  They can fight for informational crumbs from Russia.  These ones will also not be accredited as journos for Mr Putin’s major meetings coming up.

We have to continue debunking the solid stream of misinformation coming from right-wing sources in Brazil. The latest was a number of clear statements in their social media and formal press, that Brazil is warning their citizens in Russia and Belarus to immediately leave those areas. Of course, the give-away is that no reason is given. The Brazilian Foreign Ministry denied those statements.

“The information that the Foreign Ministry, through the Brazilian Embassy in Moscow, on February 13, 2023, recommended that Brazilian citizens leave the territory of the Russian Federation does not correspond to reality,” the agency said in response to a request. The diplomatic department also clarified that official information of a relevant nature can be published only on the consular portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, in press messages, as well as on the Internet pages of foreign diplomatic missions of the South American Republic and in their social media accounts.”

There is an international outcry for the US to lift sanctions on Syria. The Chinese Spokesperson this morning:

We urge the US to put aside its geopolitical calculations, immediately lift its unilateral sanctions on Syria and put an end to the ongoing humanitarian disasters it has made in Syria.

The US government should put an immediate end to its unilateral sanctions on Syria, rather than some kind of symbolic partial and temporary exemptions.

Briefing of Dmitry Peskov contains confirmation that militants are specifically trained for terrorist action in Russia and the region at large.   ISIS types and their sons and daughters are being mobilized again.

Russian intelligence says the U.S. is recruiting Islamic State & Al Qaeda affiliated militants to conduct terror attacks in Russia & neighboring states, including 60 terrorists with combat experience in the Middle East who are now being trained at the U.S. base in Syria.

According to the reports, recruitment is focused on people born in Central Asia and Russia’s North Caucasus and includes potential Russian diplomats, state officials, military and and security personnel among possible targets.

This isn’t the first time reports have been made regarding the training of radical groups by the U.S., as they’ve done so in Syria, Afghanistan and many other regions. The 2019 Rand report also outlined NATO’s aim to destabilize the caucus regions & allies to attack Russia.

On Syria and earthquake:  It is another human tragedy of tremendous proportions being created by the US and its vassals in front of our eyes.   The so-called 180 day loosening of the sanctions rules, is simply their old wine already vinegar, that they present in a new wineskin.

The Syrian Foreign Affairs Ministry explained that the U.S. Treasury Department’s latest decision is a copy of previous documents that only seek to create a false impression by stipulating alleged exemptions for humanitarian purposes.  “The facts on the ground, however, prove otherwise,” Syrian diplomacy said, noting that Washington still upholds its arbitrary sanctions.

The propaganda that Syria is not letting aid through, is nonsense.  Syria is not allowing aid to militants because the militants use that aid to resell and no aid is given.  Vanessa Beeley is still writing on this, and the message is becoming clearer for the rest of the world but it is written in blood of the Syrian people.

In Brazil, which has a universal public health system, all children are legally required to take 26 vaccines by age 4 for diseases that kill children like Yellow Fever & TB.   Covid 19 is optional. +  Bolsa Familia requires parents to prove that their children are in school and have had their legally required vaccinations. The school requirement was introduced to reduce child labor and it worked. The vaccination requirement is a public health issue.
