Peru’s US-backed coup
The Grayzone brings a very good investigation on the coup in Peru. While the first half is about the coup itself, the second half is more interesting. There you will learn about why and why the US supports this coup. You will learn about the critical rail infrastructure that was planned to be built throughout Peru and Brazil, and stopped by Bolsonaro, with the the usual suspects as well as the mining companies. Lula of course supports it. You will also get a sense of how this region wants to work together to become stronger collectively. If you took a look at my piece on Why do we fight?, you will recognize it is the same old thing. Peru has the 2nd highest copper manufacturing in the South, just behind Chile. Mr Lavrov in his major presser noted: Russia does not have a Monroe Doctrine.

Yeah, Amarynth… so the thieving drooling lunatic Richardson is at it again huh!!!
A neocon/lib and liar extraordinaire, all the while perfectly at ease with her country’s perpetual pillaging of weak and poorly developed nations.
Perfect credentials to one day run for POTUS.
The thing is, we talk about the Global South, we talk about the monetary changes and we are just in love with these, Russia is emaciating Ukraine as well as all European weapons, but in our side of the world, we have a massive fight. And, without this region, we… Read more »
Re: the Bi-oceanic railroad corridor.. it is one of the greatest, most inspiring and wholesome projects in front of humanity today. It builds bonds between squabbling neighbors, connects Latin America to the World-Island, and escapes Monroe capture..
