A Retrospective of 2022 and Forebodings for 2023

This is an excellent observation and a trend many missed. Amarynth posted much on Brazil and similar examples. We continue to be mesmerized by the Ukraine and now the ongoing spectacle of European Dark Winters.  Abnormally Cold Winters also besiege the North American continent, with beleaguered Americans increasingly prepping too. As in Yemen and much of the Global South, folks begin to understand they are on their own and prepare accordingly. But evil does not rest nor limit its scope. This resort to a new type of color revolution is a useful metric of Imperial decline. They are being denied the more satisfying muscular version or even the more salutary “sanctions Hitman” approach which had served to intimidate other global onlookers. The end-stage Hegemon has less and less ability to strut the global stage…

bright Little Blinkie let that one slip. In addition to being militarily overextended, another consideration is the economic warfare cannot be extended to all. They would more quickly lose this overheating weapon and be openly isolated — and who will they trade with if they attack every region? Essential imports still exist, and those relationships must be maintained. The ongoing humiliations of the Exceptionals in Latin America are best appreciated in the context of former triumphant declarations, positions, and arrogant assumptions.

Latin America’s dated Monroe Doctrine , which locals incessantly chafe against is a particularly sensitive region US Hegemony finds itself increasingly untenable. The USA cannot be seen to slam down the hammer as in the good old days of the fascist Juntas. This would further coalesce all against the Hegemon, risk fatal rupture in its “near abroad” and open floodgates to multipolarity. The Hegemon simultaneously lacks its own troops, the willing local proxies of national standing armies, capable proxy militias and mercenaries as demonstrated in futility against Venezuela, and the persuasive Economic Hitmen. What’s left for corralling Latin America? They leverage the coopted compradore elites with their keening brats, dual passports and villas held hostage in Miami… the same unbearable pressure brought to bear on Russian oligarchs and Atlanticist intelligentsia, bureaucrats, academics, and the west-oriented business community is applied elsewhere.

Quickening

Reviewing the Latin American agonies of the Hegemon recalls the woeful trend. The end of the year is a time for reflection and anticipation of the year ahead. What was the salient geopolitical story of 2022, which still promises to consume our attention in 2023?

Undoubtedly the biggest event of 2022 was the launching of the military-technical Russian Special Military Operation (SMO) in the Ukraine and the subsequent generational rupture between Russia and the combined West. Illusions were dropped among serious Russians regarding their ability to fit into the combined West. They would never be accepted as equals nor even stakeholders in the exclusive Shining City on the [Occidental] Hill. Nor did they have any further interest.

“[Medvedev:] “the Western establishment and NATO citizens need to understand that Russia has chosen its own path” and there is “no way back.”

How much had Russia bolstered the global western paradigm all along? Their loss to the West appears as wrenching as the ongoing loss of the Petrodollar, but the Exceptionals “who stand taller than the rest of us” do not comprehend. Russian prestige, muscle, scientific-technical know-how, culture, diplomacy, and basic goodwill, among numerous other factors around the world, will ex post facto be recognized to have been an essential prop to the former maintenance of the Washington Consensus, Liberal Cult paradigm and other soft-power projections of the West. All that is now gone. It is truly a new world being shaped as we watch the immense possibilities for a healthier turn for the first time in a half-millennium.

A major milestone in the summer was Lavrov’s rockstar tour of several African states. The sheer joy was not merely palpable but openly expressed! The welcome door was thrown wide open with continued indefatigable shuttle diplomacy from Samarkhand, Astana, Bali, New Delhi, Beijing to Tehran. Russia was coming out of hibernation in a big way. A joyous Global South, anticipating liberation from their millennial tormenters, extended red carpets, praise, honor and preeminence in leadership to the brave Russians.

The launching of the SMO served as the opening gun of a global race. Decisions were made by the Russian Stavka and Siloviki to upgrade the offensive against all implacable enemies, initially focused on diplomatic, financial and energy policy. Russia had largely maintained the prior course in the first months of the SMO, observing the western response in a detached manner. They protected their economy and a currency under assault from “sanctions from hell,” diplomatically marshalled key Global South allies such as China, India, and Iran, as well as consolidated the internal polity. Domestic fleets of oil and gas tankers and their non-western insurers were prepared, chiefly Russian and Indian underwriters, cutting out the compromised global monopolies of Greek shippers and Lloyd’s insurers of London. Into view came the Golden (& commodities-based) Ruble, the Petroyuan, alternative non-SWIFT transactions mechanisms in non-dollar arrangements, and a BRICS+ basket of sovereign currencies to replace the Petrodollar…

Miscalculation

The combined west cancelled all issues Russian through unending, unlimited, and open hatred and hostility. This was marked in the business sector with western corporations pulling out of Russia and blocking transfer of airplane and other technologic parts. Diplomats were expulsed from their posts in western states and diplomacy rendered futile. Media and social media blocked RT and other Russian voices in flagrant violation of centuries-long adherence to free speech principles. Even culture was not spared with the 19^th Century maestro Tchaikovsky or living conductors such as Valery Gergiev and soprano legend Anna Netrebko , Pushkin and other poets and towering novelists, the Russian national fútbol team and other sportsmen all cancelled. Ukrainian grain and fertilizer, which went chiefly to Europe and Africa, were blocked by Ukie-NATO mining of northern Black Sea ports to falsely blame Russia. This did not fool Africa. The Senegalese President in his capacity as head of the African Union bloc blamed sanctions from the combined West for the shenanigans . The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman encapsulated the isolation of the West  as the Rest of mankind voted against their divisive and biased UN attempts to tar and feather Russia or to cut trade relations with Russia. The shameless visceral group savaging of Russia shocked all non-westerners and moved them in the opposite direction towards multipolarity.

This external stasis of February – April period ended by June-July as the wheels started to turn against the Hegemon. An increasingly potent psychologic-rhetorical and spiritual weapon deployed by the Russian state was the Telegram social media messaging of Dmitry Medvedev, former President, and current Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council. He linked the irrational and unproportionate escalation and behavior of the combined West to unfolding apocalyptic scenarios .

“…If the West continues its “unrestrained pumping of the Kiev regime with the most dangerous types of weapons,” Russia’s military campaign will move to the next level, where “visible boundaries and potential predictability of actions by the parties to the conflict” will be erased and the conflict will take on a life of its own, as wars always do, Medvedev argued.

“And then the Western nations will not be able to sit in their clean homes, laughing at how they carefully weaken Russia by proxy. Everything will be on fire around them. Their people will harvest their grief in full. The land will be on fire and the concrete will melt,” Medvedev wrote, before citing a Bible verse from Revelations 9:18.…”

The Russians reoriented to a more muscular approach in the Ukraine, focusing on deconstructing the Ukrainian energy and electrical grid and attriting all presented manpower, Ukie or otherwise, rather than more limited consideration such as the liberation of the Donbass. The Ukies, dwindling fast in number and having lost most of their original fighting force, were repeatedly lured forward on periodic Russian retreats onto the open plains from their dug-in urban positions where they had used civilians as hostages and shields per NATO protocol. By the end of the summer and early Fall, most intercepted radio communications indicated local commanders and increasing numbers of regulars were speaking English, Polish, Romanian and other NATO languages. The Russian leadership was able to assert, without honest challenge , they effectively fought and annihilated NATO. As the number of able and skilled fighting Ukies winds down after nearly a year of attrition, NATO can no longer conceal its role. The impetus to either openly enter the fray or concede builds…

The June 2022 RUSI paper by Alex Vershinin on the unsustainability of western military industrial complex (MIC) to match the industrial warfare capabilities of the significantly underappreciated Russian MIC, and which had been stocking and preparing since at least the 2014 Maidan coup, was among the first honest Western accounts. Its findings were confirmed in bitter words by Borrell and other political leaders of most NATO countries by the late Fall of 2022. They admitted they had been stripped of weapons sent into the yawning Black Hole of the Ukraine. In late December, RUSI updated the now angst-laden perspective on the lack of commensurate production capacity. The West continues to disastrously trail and fall further behind industrial manufacturing of the essential weapons of modern war: missiles, drones, trucks, launchers, and ammunition. The original goal of the demilitarization and denazification of the western Ukrainian proxy had morphed into the defacto demilitarization and denazification of the combined West itself. Cooking pirozhki takes slow, tedious, and careful tending of the fire, in effect achieved by the Russian military turning the entire Ukraine into an open slow-bubbling cauldron.

As our intrepid scholar Alexander Mercouris finds his home in the affluent parts of London with rolling blackouts, having to send his infants and family elsewhere and himself broadcasts in the cold dark with limited internet availability, our lens focuses on western dissolution. Europe is being forced into industrial shutdown and deep recession to save what they can of their population, prioritizing heating and electricity. Half a dozen states experienced political change with most of the remainder western states on the edge. Millions marched and protested, and were duly ignored and censored in the wider mainstream media. The war had come home on a broke, deenergized and criminally led West. Is it mindless doubling-down straight into the gutter of existence or the deft steps of ushering in the foretold Dark Winters of the Guidestones occultists? Regardless, like Icarus, those who rise the highest are fated to fall the furthest and in most calamitous fashion.

Sometimes a cruel bacteriologist or lab scientist eliminates a bacterial colony on the lab plate in a leisurely way. One avenue is to overfeed them. Scrape them onto a rich plate of medium and step back. Collapse is baked in as colonies outstrip resources as they overgrow heedlessly in unsustainable fashion with catastrophic crashes at the end. They will eventually cannibalize each other. A similar terrible experiment appears underway with the involuntary participation of the populace of the combined West. They were fattened heedlessly for decades too. Now collapse is packed into an artificially shortened time-window, such as through rapid disconnection from Russian energy and fertilizer, inability of its most productive farmers to farm , cutting of global supply chains, among other numerous sabotage, and all apparently with open connivance of its own elites. They appear undecided as to whom they hate and wish to kill the most – their own or Russians!

Tally

On the war front, an impossible and nightmarish commitments crisis confronts the Hegemon as did the Germans in the last two world wars: a two-front war. In Europe and the Atlantic, an angry Bear ramps up juggernaut capability. In Asia-Pacific, a Dragon marshals itself and draws appropriate lessons from the Ukraine. According to most informed and credible military scientists, the Hegemon is already incapable of adequately waging a single peer-to-peer conventional war. Several decades’ focus on counterinsurgency against weak states using leaner lighter forces requiring air superiority have rendered it unprepared for major land war. Yet they continue to follow what is clearly a suicidal policy for the entire west, like an ecstatic novice acolyte monk fingering his beads and saying his continuous rote mantras. This puts in perspective Andrei Martyanov’s recurring nervous refrain that “the United States is an extremely nuclear weapons-biased nation that will rapidly escalate to the nuclear threshold” – i.e., those already so predisposed are now desperate, lack domestic legitimacy, nigh hopeless, and are starkly reduced to the tempting nuclear gun.

The madness persists of the Hegemon hyper-focused on political-optical “victories” and clearly preparing to take the Crimean land bridge via overrunning the Russian Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts . This will dwarf the shocking number of Ukies and NATO personnel already sacrificed in repeated suicide charges in Bakhmut and other flashpoints of the Donbass and the 800 km-long front. The western obsession with terrain retention is bleeding out their proxies. Into the breach were thrown Poles, Anglo-Saxons, Romanians, and sundry mercenaries recruited worldwide. Every introduced nazi Wunderwaffe was countered by Russia and found wanting. Did they hope Russians might eventually retreat out of pity for the wholesale meat-grinding of a generation of young, brainwashed Slavs and other humans sent to their certain death? Tens of thousands were lost in single clashes such as at Bakhmut and other locales to effectively match any horror of the mass human wave charges seen in World War 1.

On the geo-economic front, Europe finds itself stripped of affordable piped Russian gas and oil essential not merely to industry and continued global competitiveness, but to home heating, lighting, cooking, mobility — to the basic workings of modern life itself! And this at least a century after most lost the requisite experience and wherewithal to return safely to the old self-sufficient ways. Most live in urban megalopolises as helpless and dependent as newborn babies — on long-distance supply chains such foreign fuel sources, shipped and trucked industrial agricultural products, and even most finished goods and commodities. Theirs is a glass Black Tower which merely consumes the labor of others… yet they remain obsessed with defunct power relations based on obsolete plundering capabilities!

The combined West left no stone unturned to recruit mankind, especially fellow Orthodox, to split them from the Russian foe. Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania were key staging grounds of the war, used to make materiel and transshipment routes, often against the wishes of their populations. Schism was promoted via the Patriarch of Constantinople and other Atlanticist tools to sever the Ukraine from Russia and create divisions among Ukrainians. A major role was played by the American Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt, formerly assigned to the Ukraine and Greece. He reported to Victoria Nuland, US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, during the 2014 Maidan coup. Soviet-era arsenals were emptied from Eastern European former Warsaw Pact countries and now litter the Donbas as metallic scrap. Russian allies are assaulted, it not physically yet, in preparatory rhetoric: Iran by the Ukraine for supposedly sharing drone technology, Serbia for refusing to sanction a brotherly nation and to accept the loss of Kosovo, Belarus for acceding to the Union State, West African nations for receiving support at various levels from the Wagner private military corporation (PMC) for ousting the French and their terrorist proxies, and so on. No region on earth is immune from a fearful and vindictive Hegemon engaged in a snarling rampage against all.

The grim and resolute adherence to failed and unrealizable policies show evidence of messianic madness, such as periodically consumes the West since their first Crusades a millennium ago. The current reach and destructive potential of weaponry and suicidal focus on Russia promise 2023 will be an explosive year to match any in human history. “An irresistible force has met an unmovable object.” And on September 30^th in the most important speech of a long and distinguished career , Russia in the person of its president communicated the lasting rupture with the Western paradigm which had mesmerized it since Peter the Great.

Foreboding

“…And the Lord God said, “Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:” Genesis 3:22 (KJV)“

Many signs indicate significant escalation in 2023. It is highly anticipated by the global interlocking network of masons, kabbalists and satanists as the 322 Year. Occultists quote the above verse, used symbolically throughout their secret societies such as in the emblem of Skull & Bones. 2023 reversed and with the zero dropped points to this scriptural verse, a long-awaited year of mayhem for the Principalities and their human allies and minions.

The combined West carefully prepared for this year. The planned mobilization of at least 200,000 conscripts in Poland was messaged on another occult day of September 11, 2022, to take over the proxy load from the expiring Ukies. Other western moves such the clown show hosting of Zelensky in Washington – replete with a Bibisque Congressional adulation, the unholy ongoing grind in Bakhmut after military logic and common sense dictated withdrawal months ago, and the panicked attempts by Croatia to remove itself from spread of the war  all indicate terminal western intractability and intent on escalation.

On the Russian side, the drumbeat of warning increases in pace and import. There were the late December series of extraordinary meetings between President Putin and his security and military leadership. This lead to the expansion and mass rearmament of the Russian Armed Forces, from 1 million to 1.5 million, focused on new artillery divisions emplaced on the western direction. Putin bluntly changed terminology from western “partners” to “opponents” and “the enemy.” . He and this generation of leaders shut the window to the west opened by Peter Romanov in St. Petersburg, figuratively in speeches and literally by reestablishing Soviet-era military districts around the city, Moscow and on Karelia abutting NATO-aspirant Finland . There was the simultaneous visit of Putin, Defense Minister Shoigu, and Foreign Minister Lavrov to Belarus with the announced Belarussian deployment of Iskander nuclear-capable missiles and the S-400s. Matching the US proliferation of nuclear capable aircraft to non-nuclear NATO allies, Belarus was similarly outfitted and brought under the Russian nuclear umbrella. The revolutionary Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was deployed on active duty — one of which can wipe out half of the enemy continent. Medvedev visited President Xi Jinping in Beijing in a pre-offensive strategic coordination between allies echoing President Putin’s visit on February 04, 2022, just prior to the launch of the SMO. Both sides gird themselves and marshal their forces. In the occult of the satanic west, where cartoons and the odd fiction tease out the planned crimes in advance, 2023 was long messaged as the year of global war, a year of preplanned total conflagration. Can they limit themselves to China as originally planned? Russia still bars advance into Eurasia and grows in strength upon strength.

Each belief-system, no matter how bestial, incorporates rites of sacrifice, whether on the personal and/or communal level. The inflexible intransigence and refusal to negotiate with Russia throughout the last year indicate Western fixation on arriving at this seminal year with maximum maneuver room to wage chaos.

Merkel’s admission of dissembling and lack of faith in cosigning the two Minsk Agreements was a shocking milestone hardening Russian resolve. Solemn treaties, documents and pledges have a track-record of little value in the “agreement-incapable” combined west which follows the USA lead. Why did she admit it? An elderly infirm éminence grise with no prospects of resumption of political power does not say these things. It appears calculated to further neocon aims to permanently embitter relations between Germany and Russia and keep them apart for generations. Every statement or gesture now serves the Total War effort.

From the Russian perspective, as with the ongoing campaign of cancellation and hatred, these admissions help them focus nicely and better organize both their internal polity and the similarly beset Global South. And if none will negotiate in good faith, it will be won decisively on the battlefield. This determination appears to have been made. The massive gears of the military-technical means of actualizing facts-on-the-ground grind in motion.

Continuous unrelenting pressure is applied by Russia to militarily enforce the December 2021 Security non-ultimatums delineating indivisible security between the US/NATO and Russia, with key requirements on the former to return to the 1997 NATO borders and neutrality of the Ukraine. These demands have invariably expanded since the SMO and subsequent intransigence and open enmity of the combined West. They now find themselves the very helpless object being demilitarized and attrited in conventional weaponry, skilled servicemen, treasure, and global reputation and soft power leadership. Medvedev summarized the astonishing conundrum of the combined West :

“… the Western world is balancing between a burning desire to maximally humiliate, dismember and destroy Russia, on the one hand, and the desire to avoid a nuclear apocalypse, on the other,” he explained…”

What has been made clear in the last ten months of 2022 has been the conventional impotence of the combined West vis-à-vis the Russians. They are unable to achieve military victory whether by proxy or directly using unmarked soldiers against Russia on its own borders. The words of the Russian leadership are not heeded. They are quite clear and emphatic. Medvedev has been on point and played the designated role of attempting to slap some sense into the Western adversary. The haunting historical and spiritual significance of his amazing similarity in appearance with the last Russian Tzar Nikolai II Romanov, deposed in part with western connivance, has been noted by Russia watchers . The irony of the same recurring face on their eternal enemy doubtlessly served to further enrage the combined West… Russia though has moved on. It is walling itself off from continued western depredation. It has come to see and openly declares the current contest as not merely existential by a traditional millennial enemy, but that their foes are the shock troops of the Devil himself. This foe needs to be expunged like in the paintings of old with a knight’s lance piercing the writhing winged snake.

“…In a message marking Russia’s Day of National Unity, Medvedev said the task of the fatherland was to “stop the supreme ruler of Hell, whatever name he uses – Satan, Lucifer or Iblis”.

Medvedev, now deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, said Russia had different weapons, including the ability to “send all our enemies to fiery Gehenna”, using a Hebrew term often translated as Hell.

Nemesis

The dying West stands deprived of energy and most of its foreign gambles lost, particularly the all-essential internal Russian implosion gambit. The harsh wave of sanctions, forcing the launch of the SMO and working to isolate Russia from the global commons starting in February 2022 had this as its vital endpoint. Now, the multipolar world can wait out the losing side under current correlation of forces and trajectory. Unless they use weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and force a strategic response. The equivalent of a frightened monkey wielding a submachine gun is a terrifying prospect to behold.

What’s the ultimate end game now for the West? It may have been sold and started as the takeover and rapine of Russia, but it looks, smells, and walks much darker now. At this point they are doubling down past the point of ability to regenerate their very economies competitively vis-à-vis China. The demand destruction of businesses and industry has been clinically efficient. The wrecking crew appears fully in charge with intent to level all. If they wish to remain on top of the human heap under current changed circumstances, with inability to defeat Russia-China conventionally, they must flatten the surface of the earth at this point or they lose all.

Do they hope to exit the mineshafts in a century or so to “build back better?” This may be their last demented hope. The agony of western elites in zugzwang. To enjoin patience towards such distant mad ends, did Principalities sell them the pipedream of transferring their elderly consciousnesses into a younger host or clone via transhumanism and trumpeted technologies? How would one convince a gullible target to take the leap off the cliff? So, this western Death Cult may receive the longed-for first strike after all, but on themselves, as the steps they relentlessly take exposes their intent, which is becoming too dangerous to countenance by those who gave them decades to change to a saner course.

Russia’s end game is simple and clear: indivisible security for all, honorable peace, and respect for its sovereignty. How does one convince a foe hell-bent on Full Spectrum Dominance per the Wolfowitz doctrine, long after the unipolar moment in which it lost the means to enforce it? Russia acquired the means to achieve these aims on the conventional battlefield. It healed itself following the collapse of the USSR, rearmed, and prepared fully for the fight, and carried out military-technical deterrence of the unlimited-in-geographic mission of denazification and demilitarization. It responded to the salami tactics of gradual NATO expansion eastwards with implacable and unmatchable force. Screeching hysterical bullhorn propaganda and narrative optics cannot overcome or even mask this blistering reality.

The certain imminent death of NATO is foreseeable, whether voluntary given current conventional reality or involuntary in the mutual nuclear consumption. The latter remains to be triggered accidentally under stressors of the ongoing daily brinkmanship or deliberate escalation by the crazies’ faction leading this enterprise. It is far from certain the crazies will tolerate a harmonious prosperous multipolar world in which they do not get to play god. Either way resolute Russians stand in their way, determined on dignified sovereignty and with open contempt for the hollowed out and fallen forces arrayed against them.
