Sept. 29 – Kremlin Ceremony to Sign Agreements of Referendum Territories to Accede to Russia Friday.  Tomorrow at 15:00 the Kremlin will host the signing ceremony of agreements on the accession of new territories to the Russian Federation.  According to spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, agreements will be signed with all four territories where referendums were held. There will be a major speech by President Vladimir Putin.

Kremlin Spokesman Peskov says Western media reports about Russian military presence in area of Nord Stream gas pipeline leaks (https://t.me/IntelRepublic/5829) are “biased news”, and that many more NATO military forces were there.

Peskov also states Putin will hold SERIES of private meetings this evening, and he may also make “several” international telephone conversations.

So far, I don’t see a good date from the Russian Duma as to which day they will sit down and agree to the new Russian territories’ ascension to Russia.  Overall, it is like walking through deep mud after a period of speed!

Donetsk People’s Republic – 82% of votes counted, 99.06% for Russia

Lugansk People’s Republic – 100% of votes counted, 98.42% for Russia

Zaporozhye region – 100% of votes counted, 93.11% for Russia

Kherson region – 100% of votes counted, 87.05% for Russia

The referendum is over, the results are obvious, welcome home to Russia – Deputy Chairman of Russian Security Council Secretary Council Dmitry Medvedev.

There are more and more reports and whispers in the wide media that the SMO is going to be changed into an anti-terrorist framework.  While I am not sure, I just pick up the wording everywhere.  But if so, the complete legal landscape changes.

This is the final day of voting in the new Russian territories and the referendum will be considered valid if more than 50% of voters voted.   This is how we ended yesterday:

• LPR – 83.61%
• DPR – 86.89%
• Zaporozhye region – 66.43%
• Kherson region – 63.58%

It’s pretty much a slam dunk from now onwards.  Most polling stations are now closed and the first polling data according to the local Electoral Commissions look like this:

• Zaporozhye – 98.19% in favor (18% of votes counted)
• Donetsk People’s Republic – 97.91% in favor (14% of votes counted)
• Lugansk People’s Republic – 97.82% in favor (13% of votes counted)
• Kherson – 96.97% in favor (14% of votes counted)

But it also signifies a new beginning of a new phase, both for the move into multipolarity, as well as for the heat and maniacal attempts at scorched earth that the hegemon will apply now, to try and recover lost ground.  It is a most important time.

We are already seeing what is most probably sabotage of the Nordstream pipelines.  Moscow does not exclude sabotage as a cause of the Nord Stream emergency, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says.  “We are extremely concerned about this news,” he added.  Sabotage is the most reasonable conclusion that one can come to.  Unless Russia is dialing up the pain dial for Europe a little more.

Sept. 27 – During February/March of this year, we saw the technological de-platforming of Russia.  Everywhere sites were under pressure and for weeks we could not get to sites such as Russia’s Foreign Office, The Kremlin, RT, and similar.  Slowly the reading population adjusted to use VPN technology and sites were transferred to have a second home on Telegram.

There are signs now that another de-platforming is planned.  Serious channels on Telegram are creating new ones and backup channels, as certain ones just disappeared, taken down or operators disappeared.  In addition, we see that even Universities in China are attacked and their data were stolen.

This is then somewhat of a warning.  Make very sure that your VPN is available, practical, and easy to use, and take note of the backup channels on Telegram.   The various App Stores are no longer reliable if they ever were.  “Russian social media network app VK with more than 400 million users worldwide has been deleted from the AppStore and Google Play store in a number of European countries, as well as the US (according to some users) & the UK.”  Download your alternatives only directly from the manufacturers.  If it comes from a App Play Store, most certainly it is changed in some way, to give the App store some visibility or the ability to remove a channel or a site.

In Iran, the sanctions on internet connectivity have been lifted or removed only to support the rioters.  It is unclear whether this is formally or informally.  Elon Musk is not your friend and neither is he mine.  “After announcing his intention to activate the Starlink satellite network to restore internet to Iran following Tehran’s move to cut off connectivity amidst protests, Elon Musk’s web service is reportedly now active – but requires terminals on the ground.  Iran has seen days of protests after the alleged killing of a women in morality police custody. Authorities deny those accusations.”

In my opinion, there is a real operation in the works here, and that is to deprive you and me of our information sources and lock us into only certain sources.

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern at the UNGA called for an international alliance to censor speech. Unsatisfied with the unprecedented corporate censorship of social media companies, they want good old-fashioned state censorship, on a global scale.

Iran – It’s only another attempt at a color revolution.

Does it even need to be said that deadly riots in Iran are sponsored by Washington following Iranian aid to Russia in Ukraine?

If US policymakers drew up plans to attack Russia and all of Russia’s allies in the 2019 RAND paper “Extending Russia,” then Iran wasn’t mentioned because it got its own paper, Brookings Institution’s 2009 “Which Path to Persia?”

US sponsored unrest, terrorism, sanctions, fake deals (the Iran Nuclear Deal) were all explicitly mentioned.
